| Raymond Alan LaFazia
Alan graduated in 1973 from the University of Rhode Island
and received his law degree, with honors, from Suffolk University
in 1980. His law practice with Gunning & Lafazia, Inc.,
includes general civil litigation and insurance defense litigation
including asbestos and hazardous materials. Alan has appellate
experience as well, having briefed and argued reported decisions
published in the Atlantic Reporter. Alan is a member of the
Rhode Island Bar Association; United States District Court,
District of Rhode Island; U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit;
U. S. Supreme Court; and Rhode Island Asbestos Defense Counsel
Steering Committee.

| Brenda Coville Harrigan
Brenda Coville Harrigan received a national appointment to
the United States Coast Guard Academy and was a member of
the second class of women to attend the Academy. She graduated
summa cum laude in 1981 with a B. S. in Criminal Justice from
Northeastern University. Brenda received her law degree from
the South Texas College of Law, affiliated with Texas A &
M University, in 1985. After working as a corporate attorney
for Exxon, U.S.A. in Houston, Texas and engaging in civil
litigation in Newport, Rhode Island, Brenda joined Gunning
& LaFazia in 1987 and became a partner in 1993. Her practice
areas include: Civil Litigation, Insurance Law, Divorce, Custody,
Child Support, Family Law, Employment Litigation, Wrongful
Termination, and Sexual Harassment.
Brenda has over 15 years of trial experience in Rhode Island's
Family, Superior and District Courts and has successfully
argued numerous cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
Brenda is admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Texas.

| Kevin J. Holley
Kevin J. Holley graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern
University in 1988 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
and received his law degree from Georgetown University Law
Center in 1991 where he also received an American Jurisprudence
Award in oral advocacy. Kevin has extensive jury trial experience
in Rhode Island and Massachusetts as well as excellent appellate
experience, having briefed and argued numerous reported decisions
that are published in the Atlantic Reporter and the Massachusetts
Appellate Court Reporter.

| Rajaram Suryanarayan
Rajaram graduated from Stanford University with a degree
in Classics
in 1986. He then graduated for Boston College Law School in
1990, cum laude, and served as an editor of the Boston College
International and Comparative Law Review. Raj clerked for
Associate Justice Thomas F. Kelleher of the Rhode Island Supreme
Court (1990-1991). Raj joined Gunning & LaFazia as a partner
in 2002.
His practice areas include insurance defense, commercial
litigation and products liability. Raj has tried cases before
juries in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He has also appeared
before the Rhode Island Supreme Court on many occasions, having
briefed and argued cases that are published in the Atlantic
Reporter.

Thomas Cronin
Tom graduated from Saint Anselm College in 1989 with a Bachelor's
degree in political philosophy, and received his law degree
from Western New England college School of Law in 1995. He
is admitted to the Rhode Island Bar and the United States
District Court for the District of Rhode Island. He is also
an active member of the Insurance Committee of the Rhode Island
Bar Association.
Prior to joining Gunning & LaFazia, Tom had worked with
international, national and regional insurance carriers for
more than 15 years, most recently as General Counsel for a
regional property & casualty insurer. His practice areas
include civil litigation, personal injury, insurance coverage,
and insurance law.

Eric graduated from Wesleyan University in 2000 with a Bachelor's
degree in English, and received his law degree from Suffolk
University Law School in 2004. He is admitted to the Bar in
Rhode Island and Massachusetts. His practice areas include
civil litigation, insurance law, family law, and real estate
law.

Raymond A. LaFazia
Admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1953. A civil practitioner
in the trial and appellate courts of the State of Rhode Island,
United States District Court, Court of Appeals for the First
Circuit and United States Supreme Court. Ray's practice areas
include complex civil litigation, including personal injury,
products liability, wrongful death, construction law, surety
law, professional liability and insurance law.
Recently, Ray was awarded the Ralph P. Semonoff Award for
Professionalism. In awarding Ray the highest honor the Bar
Association can bestow upon a member, the Semonoff Award Committee
cited Ray's distinguished career and the many lawyers who
have benefited from his guidance. Ray received the 2004 Ralph
P. Semonoff Award at the Annual Bar Association Dinner on
June 10, 2004.
